「I don’t like how they are no longer servicing the rooms unless you ask. I asked them to clean the room and they just did the bathroom replacing the towels. They didn’t make the beds or anything not even replacing the empty kleenex box. All the staff was great though and the hotel was nice and clean. 」

「I've always stayed at the Radisson Inn when I come to Surprise AZ and loved everything .. love the staff .. extremely attentive to their guests .. pet friendly and unfortunately this time my dog was bad .. but Travis the manager was so wonderful about it .. I didn't hesitate with informing them of what she did .. Travis was amazing .. I highly recommend staying at the Radisson Inn in surprise Arizona .. YOU won't regret it .. YOU WILL LOVE IT.. 」

「We stayed here for just under a week with our two young kids while in town to visit family and check out some spring training baseball games. The house was well equipped with all the living essentials you would need, not to mention a ton of comfy beds, plenty of linens/towels etc! This house could easily accommodate a larger group and is conveniently located near a few stadiums and tons of food options. Would certainly stay here again!」

「The property was super spacious with a split bedroom floor plan (primary bed and bath on one end and on the other end 3 other bedrooms with lots of beds and a full bath with double sinks). 「The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, equipped with everything we needed. Carri thought of everything, including Kleenex! Kitchen was well equipped and bath and bed linens were very nice! The furnishings were very tasteful and in beautiful shape! We will definitely stay here again! One of our best experiences with VRBO or airb&b. Carri is very responsive if you have questions and sent us directions to the rec center where we enjoyed pickleball.」
