「Amazing property...i didnt expect much for the price but i was very impressed by the location and how clean and comfortable the place was. I am very picky and ill definitely consider this again next time i come to miami. Beautiful beaches...quiet and good food in area. 」

「It was a quick weekend trip. I appreciated how easy the check in process was and the unit was very clean. You could tell there were recent remodeling inside and the property is also going some external renovation. I also appreciated how well the property kept the common areas clean and organized. 」

「Great location and nicely decorated apartment, but the cleaning was subpar. The floors were extremely dirty; our socks turned black within 5 minutes of walking. One of the shower walls was covered in long hair from previous guests, and the windows were so dirty that they obscured the view and made the apartment appear even dirtier. Overall, it's a great place with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. If the cleaning improves, it would be an excellent place to stay.」

「We stayed in 2 units - one of which was fine. But the 2nd unit was horrible. There was a leaky roof with old and obvious damage to the ceiling. There is no way we were the first ones to note the constant leaking when it rained. The dishwasher didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. They kept telling us they’d come to fix it, but it never happened. There was no hot water in the master shower for the entirety of our stay. Again, they promised they would repair it, but never showed. The AC only...

「We enjoyed our stay at Roami very much. It was clean, spacious, and a great location. There were; however, a few things missing that would have been nice such as a few beach chairs and/or beach toys/etc. We have 2 boys 10 and 12 and came from MN. Also, the kitchen was sparse. There were no oven gloves/hot pads or even a kitchen towel to dry the dishes, and there was one small fry pan for a family of four to make breakfast. Finally, although it was very clean, the space could use some attention....
