Thank you for a great stay! Enjoyed my time in KL especially this location was superb!

They allowed for early check-in which was really helpful. We realized only after we arrived that the booking was done thru third party and not directly thru the hotel which was a little hassle to get the communication established. At the end everything worked out well. We booked this hotel for the rooftop swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for a few weeks for maintenance. And, the washer has problems. It looks like it was a known problem and we lost one night sleep by being awake to get that sorted out. The maintenance guy (MJ) was very helpful. But, he couldn't do much. We had to take the wet clothes with us when we checked-out.

Excellent location but property maintenance could do better. Bed was poor quality. smelly bathroom. Flying insects in bathrooms.

The apartment was dirty and the bed linen have cigarette burn, toilet was smelly, kitchen glass with mark also the glass all around the apartment
