Couple’s Getaway
We loved staying at this property and would definitely book it again! The view was beautiful and it was very convenient to what we wanted to do. The only thing I would say is for a sense of more privacy, I wish the blinds were repaired so that they covered the windows completely. Overall, we loved the property!

Family Fun!
Overall, its a great location, the communication was key, the stay was fantastic, the house was outdated and a few minor obstacles but we made the BEST of everything. We wanted relaxation and thats what we got. Thank You for your hospitality and comforting home!

Family Time in Cudjoe Key
Finding the property was a little tricky but the accommodations were very spacious. Pool was clean, WiFi was great, and dock was accessible. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants. There is some hurricane damage outside the building that still needs repairing but appeared to me mostly cosmetic. The property manager was extremely accommodating, and we all slept very well!!! We would definitely return.

What a beautiful home and spectacular views. Just loved sitting out on the Adirondack chairs watching the sunrise and sunset to a cool breeze, nice music, and a cup of coffee or maybe a Margarita.

Perfect place on the water with a mini beach. Great for children. House is really nice and spacious with a great view. Big bummer the pool wasn’t heated! Enjoyed the stay and would stay there again!!

Great properties for large family vacation!
There was a group of 14 of us so we rented this house plus two of the duplexes located on the same property. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate us all that way. It was also nice to be able to have some seperate spaces as well. The properties are all well taken care of and the kids loved the pool! Communication with the owner was great and it was defintely a no-hassle rental with clear directions and check in process. This is the second time we have rented on of the places on this property and it's always been great!

Weekend getaway
We frequent the keys for fishing trips so we have stayed in quite a few homes. The location is great here. It was a little hard to navigate getting the boat in the channel but we figured it out the second day out. Manager was quick to respond. Home needs updates in order to keep up with the other homes around at similar pricing. Beds were all uncomfortable but home is clean and it works good for a fishing trip if you’re looking for a clean place without a ton of amenities. They could easily put some new mattresses in, kitchen amenities, and throw pillows to give it a nicer feel

Nice updates to the home and furniture inside the home. We were disappointed that the pool heater was not replaced during the 4 weeks we were there . Going into a cold pool was not enjoyable the few times we tried to use it. We hope when we are back next year the pool heater is working.

Very hard to find the location no house numbers had no idea we were on the correct place. Very dirty. No covers on the outlets. Shower door could not open or close. Window blind did not work and or broken. Can send picture of issues if you would like.

Very dated furnishings, black mold, rust, hardly enough cookware for location
All of the patio furniture was broken down, seaweed all over the dock, black mold around the edge of the pool. Hardly any cookware to prepare and cook a meal, considering the location you would think they would have what you need. We were very disappointed with our stay. It’s unfortunate that they don’t allow you to post pictures in the review. We would definitely not be returning to this property.

3rd winter {5 week stay}
Once again for the first 10 days the pool heater needed to be replaced so we couldn't use the pool {it was cold}, The driveway in was full of ruts, the master bath shower door didn't close all the way, 2 of the drawers in the master vanity had the bottoms falling out so we couldn't use them, the deck facing the ocean has multiple rotten areas so we needed to watch where we walked so we didn't step thru them, the wicker furniture on the deck had mold(mushrooms} growing on them.When we ask the repair person which was next door to come over and fix some areas he said he can only fix what is absolutely necessary because the property is for sale and the owners do not want to spend any on repairs. We stayed here for 3 years and each year you can see there are more and more things that need to be repaired. The view is the best you'll see any where.

The sun rises were beautiful. The location very nice. This place has huge potential but there are some things that need to be replaced- pans,grill and deck work to name a few. Its an easy drive to join the fun in key west and far enough to just relax.
