"The Oriental hotel was awesome, it served our purposes as a familly of 4 with small young children. What we loved Lawsons available on site Close to train station Free bus to Disneyland The breakfast was awesome and varied Lunch and Dinner were also great variety of food The drinks and snack station entertained our 2 kids no end Staff were friendly and accommodation Checkin easy They had a Laundromat area which is extra special as well as free toothbrushes and other condiments available "

A little bit pricey for the quality, but we did stay over new years, so it was expected. We did not realize this was a Disney partner property when we booked it, so there were more children than expected."

"It is truly very clean. I love the personal pajamas laid out on our bed every evening. I accidentally scratched my finger and they immediately took out their first aid kit. So helpful with directions and recommendations. The only thing is - the rooms are tiny and we booked a room for 3..and with 3 beds in one room- there was no space for all our suitcases. The food was good - but it was the same thing ever single day for the 7 days we were there...Overall, I would still recommend this place. "

"Location of hotel was excellent - conveniently connected to the underground train station with shops, very close to Ginza and other commercial areas. Hotel occupies 24th floor and above floors of the building so view from the room was great. One thing that I did not like was the size of room. We had a Standard Double room and it was quite small so we had to move around the furniture in order to place two luggage, and the bathroom was barely big enough to move around. Despite all that, we enjoyed...

"Excellent location, in particular for Ueno park, zoo. Beautiful onsen on the top floor, excellent views of the city and park from the open air 14th floor onsen. Very nice family room, spacious with excellent shower."

"This is a great hotel if you know that you will be a little distant from the Shinjuku Station complex. It has a great vibe, cool restaurant, and is right in front of Shinjuku Chuo Park. My room was relatively spacious, and it had great amenities. I only wish I had utilized more. "
