"Lovely property with generous sized & tastefully decorated rooms. Staff at reception & the bar were very helpful & spoke excellent English. Our meal in the bar (club sandwiches) was tasty, fresh & not greasy. The only negative was that for the “comfort” rooms in the heritage part of the property, there is no lift to help with heavy luggage, however a staff member happily took my husband’s luggage upstairs."

"The hotel was not able to offer its full service of restaurant and bar facilities due to the covid sitation, but what it did offer we couldn't fault. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
