「思ったよりもずっと大きな施設だった。旅行者だけでなく、ビジネスでの長期滞在者も少なくない印象。廊下を走る学生（らしき）もいた。 部屋も十分広いがヒーターが小さく、肌寒かった。清潔で広く、良さそうな部屋なのに不思議と居心地が良くなかった。コインランドリーは「トークン」を受付でもらって利用する。（無料）乾燥機もあり、とても便利だった。 夕方着いたので近くのスーパーで買い物、キッチンで温めて食べたが、翌日行ったガスストリート周辺は夜賑わってそうで、そちらに行けば良かったと思った。 駅やガスストリート、バーミンガム美術館へも歩いて行けた。 決して悪くなくむしろ長期滞在には勧められるが、次回はもっと駅に近い場所を選ぶと思う。」

「Property was clean and tidy, odd hair here and there, no problem. It is near a main road so there is some excitement but it settles down after 10pm. Odd bit of maintenance required but nothing serious. However the toilet fills with hot water. Shower is great, bathroom is modern, more than enough facilities with fridge cooker hob & microwave plus plates cups cutlery glasses. Soft lighting. I'd stay again.」

「A very comfortable place to stay, with 6 good-sized bedrooms and lots of well-splaced sitting areas. The Welcome Cake was delicious and we were very grateful for the eggs and milk - all above and beyond our expectations. The 4 hens were an added delight! Can thoroughly recommend it. An issue with a Roman blind was addressed very quickly but needs a little more attention.」

「Great location and apartment, the staff are very friendly too. Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, parking at B4parking isn’t too far and you get a discount if you enter your vehicle registration on the tablet in the lobby when you check out. Only downside is the noise due to the bars around however that’s expected given the location 」

「Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!」

「I kid you not; these are the real pictures of this ‘not so pleasant apartment’. Everything was broken and dirty. The whole apartment smelled of constant cigarette smoke throughout my stay. The cheap price tag is for a reason, and you’ll only find out the hard way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.」

「Our stay was good. Lovely hotel, lovely service from the staff. Check in was chaos due to a concert everyone was attending so definitely check in online when you’re given the option, I wish we had. Room was a little tatty, the bathroom door had severe water damage & the sink plug didn’t work, so the sink wouldn’t hold water so I had to keep the tap running which I think wastes water just for the sake of replacing a plug. The shower was fantastic, overhead & great pressure. Room was clean though...
