「Lovely welcome, clean, warm comfortable room. The only problem was, I was unable to eat at the premises on Monday evening this time of year. Apparently they start serving.evening meals again on Monday evenings come March time.」

「Did the job but won’t be returning. For example: 1) Electric shower with poor pressure and either boiling hot or lukewarm. 2) Basic bed with thin mattress. 3) No desk. 4) Music blaring from the pub bar until 10:30pm. 」

「I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. As usual i found the mattress on the bed too hard and the duvet too heavy and hot. I always carry my own pillows and a spare throw so I was able to lay on the top on the duvet doubled over with my throw over the top which solved both problems. As this is the start of a season, might I suggest the sills between the secondary sliding windows and the opening windows be cleaned. It would give a better impression. 「Beginning to look a bit tired but otherwise all good. Very welcoming of our dogs as it was pre-Crufts. Biggest gripe was size of pillow in otherwise comfortable bed; they are tiny and there is only one each.」

「The location was great and perfect for our needs. The bedroom was large and in good condition. However, the bed and pillows were far too hard for us and the room was extremely hot. We did try to turn the heating down but this didn't seem possible. The food in the restaurant dinner and breakfast, was average. However, all of the staff were friendly.」
