"The property has a spectacular view of the valley and built to maximize the beauty of this area. It was very well appointed with plenty of dishes, flatware and conveniences for meal prep. The great room is very large, attractive and plenty of seating for a party of six. It is a new house and pristine. Attention to detail is obvious in the design and building of the home. The road to reach the house is quite formidable and daunting at night. We will be back to the area and hope to stay here...

"Group of 7 of us stayed for an business strategy and planning retreat. The house is spacious with many comfortable rooms and three really nice group gathering areas. From housing perspective, it was perfect for us and we never felt tight or cramped. Access to Old Rag parking was 10-12 minutes, and maybe 25 minutes to Shenandoah Nat Park Entrance, but easy. 15 minutes to Sperryville. This is is country. There is wifi at the house, but as a group we found cell coverage very spotty and wifi...

"Property was clean. The house had something for everyone. Ping Pong and Cornhole were a hit with the teenagers. The adults enjoyed the deck and watching the sunsets. The welcome sign and snacks were a wonderful touch. The road to the house was rough and steep. I would recommend 4 wheel drive."
