「The property and location were amazing. Super easy to get to and from different points in Kingston. Walkable area. Good parking direction from the host. There was a logistical mix up but they fixed that immediately. It would have been nice to have the sofa bed made up upon arrival or at least have extra linens in the suite, but I let them know via their text line, and they sent someone within an hour. The breakfast/coffee situation leaves quite a lot to be desired, but hopefully theyll work out...

「We had a wonderful stay at Coldbrook Bed and Breakfast! Perfect for a weekend getaway in the Catskills (especially if you have a dog). The suite was very expertly designed and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked and the many breakfast options were fantastic. Kim was a kind, responsive host who ensured that our experience was great.」

「Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room.
