Beautiful Key West Style Home on Quiet Canal in Steinhatchee, Fl. on GULF ACCESS canal only 10 minute boat ride to the Gulf. Dockage is most suitable for boats less than 22ft, all kayaks & canoes. Please note I can not guarantee dockage of boats if caused by a very low tide which is extremely rare or storm related event. USE OF ALL DOCKAGE IS AT THE GUESTS RISK. Manuverabilty is more difficult for larger boats. Feel free to ask any questions if you have a concern. If you need a place to park your boat or boat trailer, no worries there are plenty space with this private yard. The large dock has plenty room to relax or fish and is equipped with a fish cleaning station(only used for fish cleaning. Scallop cleaning is discouraged because scallop shells cannot be disposed in canal or garbage can). $250 will be accessed to guests and reported to VRBO for violation regarding scallop cleaning. We encourage scallopers to have scallops cleaned by a local scallop cleaning person. At night enjoy our firepit while grilling out on our charcoal grill, eating on large outside table or relaxing on the dock; or on screened porch or master room balcony overlooking the canal.
