"The College Inn is an excellent expression of a business realizing its ultimate potential. Its a small, affordable european style inn with shared bathrooms conveniently located right in the middle of the U district. I love the history of this place and the staff is alwasys pretty on point. The rooms are tight and spartan but all you really need, especially in a city where 400 dollar hotel rooms are now more the norm than the exception. "

"As long as you are ok with the shared bath situation, this little sister of Hotel Ballard is a great deal. Ideally located, very comfortable beds, and way quieter than we expected given the busy and vibrant neighborhood. Staff was great as well. "

"The kitchen was very dirty. The knives in the knife block on the counterhad dried up food on them, the countertops had food stains on them, and there was one tiny cutting board. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The owner/contact was very nice and helpful."

"Exactly what I expected. Customer service was slow and a bit bland but I only had two brief interactions with front desk staff. The hotel was clean and the room was functional. The bed was moderately comfortable, but the pull out bed my kids slept on was tragic. The location is right on Lake Union and the room was quiet. The self parking fee was over $50 with tax which rivals LA/ NY prices. The hotels amenities were nice and the breakfast staff was impressive. All in all an 8 out of 10 visit. "

"The experience was great, maybe make it known to guests to clean their own dishes. And since it’s Harry Potter themed you should do something with the colors of the room. Everything was white, I think you should color code them to the appropriate form colors. Just because it has one or two things on the walls doesn’t make it a theme"

"Located very close to University Washington areas. Very nice lobby. Very good breakfast selections. Poblems included too much light getting past curtain. Electronic keys sometimes do not work well. Proves frustrating."

"I love this place, we stay here whenever we go to an event at Climate pledge. The new remodel is nice. I miss the full kitchens but I understand the maintenance was probably a lot. As always the staff was so friendly and helpful."

"Small room but I knew this before my stay so it was no surprise, what did surprise me was the closet was quite spacious and the bathroom was as well. Overall a very comfortable stay. Vince is a great host. "
