"There was enough space for all five of us to sleep but it was very cold with the window just being cardboarded closed. The blankets were not sufficient to keep us cozy all night, nor were they quite big enough for two to sleep in the queen beds comfortably and still have coverage. Apart from that the location was perfect, check in and check out were easy and I would stay again in warmer months."

"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

"I will only stay at One Dutch when I visit FiDi from now on. Ive been to many oher hotels in FiDi and this is the best for the size and comfort of the room. My room at One Dutch was about 3x the size of a normal NYC hotel room plus extremely clean and modern. If you are needing a hotel for a longer stay in FiDi, this is the one you want."

"I was told that I would receive water...there was none..online shows that there is kitchenette..it was not a full kitchen no cutting knife etc. There was wifi but it a the basic..no access to streaming cites. Great furniture and setting."

"Fantastic well appointed apartments and updated amenities with full kitchen, good quality beds, nice gym, small but convenient business center and super friendly staff (every single front desk employee both daytime and evening are welcoming and helpful). Only one negative is laundry room, although very convenient, machines and overall laundry could use an upgrade. In general the hotel is quiet despite the busy rooftop restaurant. "

"Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. Definitely recommend downloading the Sonder app during your stay, very easy to use, has digital room key so you don't have to punch in the code each...
