PARKING:
Our community parking lot is located roughly 500 feet away from our front door. If you need to drop off your luggage when you first arrive, you are welcome to do so, but please limit loading and unloading time to 15-20 minutes.
SNOW PARKING NOTE: When overnight snowfall accumulates over 4”, you MUST have your vehicles moved out of the parking lot by 9AM so they can plow the parking lot. Vehicles cannot be returned to the parking lot until it has been plowed.
HOA Amenities:
The pool (seasonal) & hot tub area (year-round) are an off-site shared community amenity. The facility is a short drive away, and is open between the hours of 10:00am and 8:00pm.
STAIRS : We have fully disclosed the stairs and we do not offer same day refunds if a member of your party cannot climb the stairs
