"This is an outstanding hotel with nice accomodations, friendly staff, and excellent location at a great value. The pool and spa are nice, and the breakfast buffet is a great start to the day. It is conveniently located to the bus transportation to all of the slopes, and is an easy walk from the train station. The room itself was very clean and modern. Our family was truly delighted with our stay. If you are considering, don't hesitate!"

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. Was told that with Easter locksmith not available. Hopefully will be fixed for the next guest. Relatively quiet at night which is better for getting a good night sleep and still just a short...

"Peter was a great host! Property description and listing accuracy was spot on. Clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room for a small group with individual bedrooms and spacious open areas to gather and enjoy downtime. This was the third consecutive stay in Zermatt, but one of the best since we were able to spend time together vs having separate hotel rooms. Great trip! Thank you Peter!"

"I stayed at a small single room with shared bathroom, early April. Room is basic and fairly small, and breakfast is simple and economical. I found it a bit pricey for the room, but I guess everything is expensive in Zermatt anyway. Staff was very friendly, and as long as you don’t expect anything fancy it should be alright. Thanks :)"

"The Sauna, Spa (massage), gym and Yoga class were truly terrific. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was all I could have hoped for. The room was very comfortable. The hotel really met and surpassed all expectations. "

"This is an older property but clean. The facilities such as shower, toilet, kitchen and washer/dryer are shared. I had no issues with congestion. It is literally across the street from the train station and the entire town is walkable from this location. I had a third floor room with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. There is no elevator and heavy luggage might be difficult to manage. "
