They also feature live music on certain dates. Island Marine Rental is next door where you can rent a boat, kayak, scooter, paddle board, or bicycle. Local amenities within walking distance include an Ice cream shop and a convenience store. There are bus stops and trolley stops conveniently placed along Gulf Blvd.

Kitchen: Full kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, stovetop and oven, microwave, and drip coffee maker. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters are not always available.
Dining Area: A four-top dining table plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
Living Area: A Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, TV, and balcony with 2 patio chairs.
Bedroom: Has a king bed, TV, dresser space, and balcony facing the intercoastal with 2 patio chairs.
Bathroom: Full bathroom with sink, toilet, and standing shower.
Laundry: There is a community coin washer in the hallway shared with the other units.
Outdoors: 2 balconies, one off of the bedroom and one off the living room. Each balcony has 2 patio chairs.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1 small dog ONLY that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
Parking: This unit has 1 parking space and limited guest parking. A parking pass is required. If there's no additional parking underneath the building you can park in the white broken shells south of the building.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more.
Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
