Enjoy the beauty of the Gulf staying at the luxurious Casa Del Mar& La Casita Studio Suite. Conveniently located in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood across the street from the Bay Area's most famous beach!

This newly renovated custom-designed historical home is the perfect setting for you and your family to enjoy the sun, surf and sand. Here you can comfortably relax and unwind while you create memories that will last a lifetime!

5 Bedrooms
Casa Del Mar features a fun premier lifestyle setting with a large updated master bedroom with beautiful hardwood furniture designed for your comfort and privacy plus separate TV. The newly remodeled master bathroom featuring travertine tilethroughout with a marvelously regal 72 inch double sink vanity and a newly designed shower with bronze appointments which include a rain shower head. The master suite & bathroom opens into a separate private bedroom.

Upstairs there are three guest bedrooms, which are spacious with TV's, plus two full bathrooms that are newly updated. The “Monkey Room” bedroom features access to a full balcony to share with your guests and enjoy breathtaking sunsets from its partial ocean view. There is also a very exciting interactive part of the upstairs living space based around 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea to enjoy!

Open Concept Kitchen Dinning Room
The kitchen is the heartbeat at Casa Del Mar and features a open concept fully equipped work space with updated stainless refrigerator, stove and microwave with a wine service station. This beautiful kitchen opens into a formal dinning room that elegantly seats eight. In addition you are also welcome to serve your guests in the Florida Room, which also comfortably seats eight and hosts two large original windows which when open allows guests to enjoy the feeling of dining together open concept.

Stained Glass Living Room
The large living room is cozy and comfortable and features two Lazy Boy sofas, one of which is a sleeper, along with the originalfireplace. Although no longer functioning, it does feature two flicker lamps, which adorn the stone above the mantle. There also includes a half bathroom.

A new forty-inch LED 1080p TV plus DVD are your guides for current cable selections and are complimented by stained glass windows which welcome you after a busy day on the beach.

Grotto Waterfall Pool Area
If you are ready for a truly unique experience bring your family to the new addition to Casa Del Mar which is the custom designed Grotto Pool. The crystal clear blue water lighted pool features a one of a kind rock designed grotto waterfall that cascades into a heated kidney shaped pool outlined by a lighted travertine deck and charming tropical landscape. The pool area features plenty of living space for sun bathing or spending time enjoying your favorite food and drink. Umbrella tables join you to seat ten guestsplus included is an updated gas grill.


La Casita 1 Bedroom Cottage

Exclusively offered to Casa Del Mar guests is Las Casita Studio Suite and Business Center. Sitting on the property is a separate newly renovated living space, which is a unique offering in the area. La Casita, with its warm modern colors, sleeps two on a fresh Serta futon and offers a kitchenette with amenities featuring dinning ware plus a microwave, new refrigerator and beautiful cabinets plus seating for two. Separate private outdoor seating is also available.

For the ones that also need to check in on personal business or require some quiet time to surf the net after their day on the beach we offer a fully functional business center with printer/scanner/fax, TV plus a separate curved monitor to plug your laptop into on a spacious workspace. Ala Carte' items available for additional charges are stronger WIFI and fax. Another very special interactive piece unique to the Casa Del Mar/Las Casita experience is a 'Star Wars” theme that awaits your exploration.
