Staff was excellent, accommodation was excellent, but the parking lot is not safe to leave a vehicle over night . My vehicle and another guests vehicle was broken into . Smashed out the back window and stoked stuff from the rear of vehicles . Charging for parking and not informing guest that vehicle break in’s happen in there parking lot with some frequency and no security in lot or a fence to keep unwanted people out of parking lot and away from guest’s vehicles

The hotel was beautiful. Front desk and housekeeping personnel were very kind and accommodating. My room was impeccably clean - I even video called my housekeeper friend, and she said it was extremely clean. Had a beautiful view of downtown (that I paid extra for) with floor to ceiling windows. 10/10!

We stayed for 2 nights and despite going to the front desk and requesting housekeeping the first morning to tidy up the room a bit while we were going to be out for a few hours, but this never happened, and we returned to our uncleaned room unmade beds. I tried using the room phone 3 times to contact the front desk but no one answered after 1 minutes. From 11:50pm-midnight on night 2 housekeeping was knocking on our door for no reason. We had just fallen asleep and did not want to get up to answer the door and they persisted for almost 10 minutes. Our bed had a sharp plastic object sticking out of the side of it that caused me to bleed. It was like the tip of a ziptie.
