"First off, it’s a gorgeous building in the perfect location in Bergen. The Freschohalle and BARE are both exceptional, and the staff are great. There were some several minor room issues to point out however. We had a loft suite. If you are more than about 180cm/70in, don’t get a loft suite. You have to duck everywhere. "After a LONG trip, we dragged into the lobby and Inga was amazing. She upgraded our room (to Accessible - we're old and must have looked awful) with a view over the harbor to Bryggen. The room was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good quality with relaxed seating. Central location made extensive walks around the city very comfortable. Happily booked another two nights to recover after our 12-day Hurtigruten voyage."
