"The property was as advertised. It was clean and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The place is updated and has large tvs in each room. We all agreed that beds were awesome and made for a great nights sleep. The location was close to major highways, making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again. "We had 8 people staying in the house. We were in town for a wedding. The house was well fitted for us. Kitchen had all the dishes we needed. Appliances all worked well. Nice walk to the sound. Neighborhood was kind of iffy but we had no problems. "

"We loved the location, but the home was loaded with spiders, most appliances did not work (dishwasher did not work, blender, toaster oven, the stove top only half worked) - plus the pots were scratched (and with Teflon not useable) The shower door was broken and would not close, the toilet paper roll holder had no dowel to hold roll, toilet seat very loose, door frames were chipped and dirty, hold in wall next the bed in room with bunkbeds, laundry closet had missing doors. "It was as cute as it looked on-line and gave us a great space for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! Other nice surprises: new AC units (very quiet), very comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with good light. The street is very quiet. I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included...

There was an issue with the heat upstairs; the hosts endeavored to respond to the problem in a timely manner. (Owners were on site for some of our stay, but it did not affect our activities.) "This hotel was very clean and modern. It is beautifully designed! From the area in the lobby, to the hallways on each floor. There was also a wonderful space outside to sit and hang out. Great place for families and friends. The room was spacious. It was awesome to have a fridge and microwave! There was also a place to fine in the lobby if you didnt want to eat in your room. I really loved this spot. Nicest hotel I have seen in a while and I travel quite a bit! Don't skip this one!"
