"ダウンタウンまで歩いて5分ほどのわかりやすい場所にあり、ヴィクトリアパークの遊歩道までも歩いて5分。街歩きと海辺の公園散歩がとても楽しかった。ホテルのスタッフは、皆とても感じが良くて親切でした。無料の温かい飲み物がいつでも飲めて、朝食も素晴らしかった！またシャーロットタウンに来ることがあれば、ぜひこのホテルに泊まりたいと思う。"

"Two Bed Roomを予約したため、お部屋については広くて、とても素晴らしく、設備も何ら問題がなかったのでおすすめですが、アサインされたお部屋の１つのBedroomは外の室外機？の騒音がうるさく、耳栓が必要でした。また、別邸として建てられているので上の部屋はホテルではなく、居住しているようで、朝からエクセサイズをしているのか、ドシンドシンと音が聞こえていました。スタッフは全員がとてもフレンドリーで、かつ、適切で有意義な情報をくれるので大変助かりました。リコメンドいただいたレストランはどれも素晴らしく、早朝の出発でタクシー予約をしましたがこの辺りの対応も素晴らしく、個人対応ではなく、組織として対応できていたところが素晴らしかったです。"

"While the room was clean and the staff were friendly, my experience overall was disappointing. The biggest issue was the noise from a nearby club, which played loud music late into the night. Even with earplugs, I found it very hard to sleep. I informed the staff, but nothing was done to fix the situation. The hotel operates with a self-check-in system, and there wasn’t much staff presence, which made it feel more like an Airbnb. This was quite unexpected for me, as I was hoping to ask the staff for tips on exploring the area. Another downside was that breakfast didn’t start until 8 am, and by then, the dining area was crowded with guests, making it difficult to get food. While the room itself was nice and the staff were polite, I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known it would be like this. However, if you prefer an Airbnb-style experience, this might be a good option for you. Unfortunately, it was not what I expected."
