The exterior of this property features an amazing canal-front setting with expansive coastal views. The covered dock and adjacent boat slip offer deep water access to Apalachicola Bay and the Gulf waters beyond. The large screened porch overlooking the canal offers lots of comfortable seating, and multiple gas fire pits create the perfect ambiance for cozy evening gatherings. The fishermen in your crew will appreciate the fish cleaning station and outdoor shower after a day on the water. The ground floor also offers a screened room with a picnic table.

Inside, the open living/dining/kitchen area at Hooked Up features a stylish coastal decor with lots of comfortable seating for your group to relax and enjoy their Island vacation. The focal point of the living area is the large electric fireplace, flat screen TV and direct access to the spacious screened porch.

The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts and features beautiful white custom cabinetry, quartz counters, and stainless appliances. There is plenty of room at mealtime at the large dining table and kitchen counter stools. A pub table with stools on the screen porch is the perfect place for al fresco dining.

It's great if you want to bring your boat and fish, which my husband,l son and grandson love. We can go to the beach or go fishing. We also love the area underneath the house we can cook o grill. This is our second visit and we love it.

We had a great experience at this property. It was close to our son and daughter-in-law and grandkids in Eastpoint which was the big draw for us but also reasonably priced and allowed our dog which can be difficult to find sometimes. Thank you for your hospitality!

This is a great property. A few quirks, but none were the owners fault and they were very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any issue that popped up. This was a great place to come and just chill after a hectic school year and summer! We hope to come back next summer!!

Perfect home for a family get away!
We really enjoyed this home and it’s location. We were able to put our boat in and have it readily accessible for use the whole time. The home is perfect for a family gathering and the outdoor screened in porch was perfect once the heat of the day broke. We are already talking about returning.

Great House on a Great Island
House was updated throughout and well equipped. The dock was well protected inside the canal so we there weren’t any concerns leaving our boat in the water overnight. The location of the house was only about two blocks from the beach so you get the best of both worlds, beach and boating. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect.
The house was clean, comfortable and had most anything you could ask for to stay and cook and relax We had a great time lounging on the back deck and fishing off the dock. We rented a golf cart for the week at Jolly Ranger and drove just a short way to the beautiful uncrowded beach. And we also checked out the island. Best vacation we have had in a long time. Everyone is so friendly on the island and it is so laid back. We would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again. .

Perfect Place - Relaxing, Peaceful, Quiet
This property is perfect if you’re looking for a place to simply relax and enjoy the quietness. The home is beautifully decorated, comfy couch and beds, unbelievably stocked kitchen and the screened porch is fantastic! We enjoyed sunning and reading on the dock, walking the quiet side streets with our fur babies and the roosters just down the street provided beautiful crowing throughout the day. We typically stay ON the beach, but this location was much better for us and our doodle. We spend a lot of time on the screened porch and then in the evenings turned on the fireplace while we watched some tv. We used the hot tub once and it was very relaxing, we just aren’t hot tub people. We would most definitely stay here again!!

For a rental property that allows pets the inside of the home was very clean. Overall we were happy with our stay at St. George Island. We had a few issues at the beginning of the week which put a damper on our vacation but by Tuesday it was all resolved and the rest of the week was great. The screened in patio was great could use a good cleaning lots of pet hair around the edges. With the house being right on the water and having kayaks it was great for trips or go out and watch the sunset. My only recommendations for this property would be clean the pet hair up in the screened in patio, find a way to store the kayaks near the boat dock to eliminate damage to the kayaks, and replace the old worn out grill with a gas grill. With all that being said i would still stay here again without a second thought its an amazing place just needs a few small changes. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
