This newly remodeled ocean and beach view condo is situated in a small quiet family friendly ocean-front complex and features a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining room, and a balcony. This condo sleeps 7 people. Please note this is not a single floor condo -- there is a flight of stairs inside the unit (note there is an elevator down the hall from the condo and there are entry doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor). You have beautiful uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean, dunes covered in Dune Daisies and Sea Oats, waves rolling in and the beautiful swimming pool, right up close. Watching the sunrise from the master bed or the balcony makes it a pleasure to get up early! The complex itself features amenities such as a large pool, pickleball court, basketball court, tennis courts, a wash off station right by the sand path to the beach- which is just a few steps away. The Island is filled with fun activities, shops, restaurants, and parks. Historic downtown St. Augustine is just minutes away and features such fascinating sites as the historic fort, art galleries, beautiful churches, the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse in the US, cobblestone streets, tons of live music, cute shops to browse thru, lots of wonderful restaurants and snack spots, and so very much more. Perfect place to stay
We had an absolute blast on our trip! This condo is in a perfect location. We struggled pulling our wagon of stuff down to the beach on the narrow path but when I saw you could drive that was the way to go, no more wagon pulling! The condo is clean, the pool is big and very clean as well. If we ever come back to St.Augustine we will stay here again!!

Great getaway
We loved our stay, the unit was just as described. The owner did a great job of having little extras that were nice to have (dish soaps, spices, sandwich bags, extra towels, beach towels, chairs, sand toys, extra blankets, just nice touches you don't think about but are grateful for when they are there. Furniture and beds were comfortable and everything was clean and worked well. We would absolutely stay again!

Great little Condo
We loved the location. Close to good restaurants and kayaking activities. The beach was amazing. Not overly crowded in this section of the beach and a perfect short walk. The property was very well stocked with towels, extra blankets, and kitchen items. Beds were comfortable and has amazing upgrades throughout. Only thing that would be helpful is a list of restaurants they would recommend as there are a lot around. Great spot and would stay again.

Awesome place and location!
Condo is newly remodeled- bright, beachy, cozy and had some nice amenities like k cups, lots of beach towels, cool beach chairs, pickleball racquets. So close to the beach was awesome! We walked on the beach and watched the sun set each day from the comfy captains chairs on the balcony. Pool and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Loved seeing the sunrise from bed. Owners were easy to contact and very friendly and responsive. We loved being so close to downtown St. Augustine. Love the condo and location, we will be back again. Thanks!

Beach Get away
Everything about booking and checking in to the unit was a breeze. 2 minute walk to powder soft white beaches and crystal clear water. Beach was never crowded and there were four folding chairs in unit that can go to the beach. Accommodations were as described, and kitchen was very well stocked with everything necessary to prepare a meal. Unit was also a few steps to a large pool featuring loungers and tables with umbrellas. There was a Publix about a mile away and lots of local seafood joints within a 2 to 5 mile drive. Will definitely book this unit again.

Book it! A fantastic location on a beautiful beach within a quiet and lovely condo complex. Everything was exactly as photographed. Host was very helpful and great communication when needed. Very spacious condo with no noise from one unit to the other. Close to some good restaurants and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We were on the beach each day and sat on the deck when we came back. Close to a grocery store if you want to eat in. The pool and grounds were very clean. It was a splurge for us, but soooooo worth it!!

Family Fun Trip
We brought our 18 year old, Mother and Aunt there and was blown away by the newly renovated and so up to date furniture. We loved the location overlooking the pool and just a few steps to beach. We hit the beach, pool, and all the local restaurants. Let’s talk about the condo - couldn’t have asked for anything else to be supplied- in kitchen, bathroom, chairs, sheets, blankets, etc. we had a great view of the pool which was never crowded or loud. The ladies were up and walking the beach early and then enjoyed the patio catching up on the past few years. The bedrooms were spacious and the two full bathrooms were stocked. We ventured to different scheduled events such as a sunset cruise and a historical golf cart tour. We would like to come back each summer if possible. Awesome place to stay & great location to have some fun and relax!

This is a great space for couples or family visits. Ocean views and the sound of waves and super easy access to be on a beautiful beach. Well-equipped for beach and pool. Convenient location near things to do and places to eat. Easy to get into historic St. Augustine. Host is very responsive.

Lovely vacation!
Our experience was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The property and beach is beautiful and peaceful. The condo is comfortable, nicely renovated, and very well equipped. Nice beach chairs, kitchen is stocked, even a baby gate for the stairs. Our kids enjoyed the board games and pickle ball. Location is good. The drive to downtown and most attractions was close enough, about 10-15 mins. It would have been more convenient to have washer/dryer, but it’s available on the property so not a big deal. Overall really loved our stay and would stay here again.

Late summer getaway
Great location. It was overlooking the pool and could sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. The condo was cute and beachy. It was also close to Publix and a short drive to downtown. The only negatives were the code to the condo was long. It’s a great thing my husband can easily remember numbers or I would have had to pull out my phone each time. The bed was also hard but it’s hard to please everyone. We would definitely look into staying there again.

The property was great. We had a toilet over flow the second day. We finally fixef it ourselves we used all of our beach towels to get the water up. Of course we had to wash and dry all of them. The manager did not reach out to us until late the next afternoo .

Our new favorite place!
This is our new favorite place, if you are wondering if they photoshopped the images in the listing I can assure you that they did not. The condo is beautiful, clean, and bright! The beach is incredible, and the water is cool, clear, and turquoise. Lots of crabs running around at night and little fish that you can catch with nets. We also saw a sea turtle swimming in the ocean! The property has it’s own little path down to the beach. The condo has wonderful views of the ocean and overlooks the pool that is in the center of the property. There is a beach access road that runs next to the property and you can use this to drive directly onto the beach. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, a beach umbrella (with sand anchor), beach towels, beach toys, and boogie boards. There is even stuff to play pickle ball with on the pickle ball courts which are on the property. It was about a 15-minute drive to historic downtown and about 10 minutes to the pier. There is a Publix and a Winn-Dixie within a mile of the property as well as a pizza joint that was pretty decent. We have a large group, and the condo had enough of everything, from utensils to hand towels, we didn’t run out of anything. The hosts had the place stocked well with extra linens too. The hosts were very outgoing and contacted us to make sure we were having fun and if we needed anything. You can really tell that they care about providing the best experience for their guests. We can't wait to come back!

Can't wait to stay again!
We love St. Augustine and this rental was perfect. The location was very central to dining, grocery stores, and shopping and very family friendly. It was located only a short drive from downtown. The unit itself was very well maintained and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked with linens and towels. The master bed was very comfortable as well. The property was quiet and not over crowded at all. There were always plenty of chairs at the pool. The walk to the beach is short and convenient and very walkable. Parking was also easy and close to the unit. Even in peak summer, we never had an issue finding parking. The owner was very communicative and repsonded quickly to any messages. The only negative is the unit doesn't have a washer and dryer. There are laundry facilities located on site and not too far from the unit. I never had to wait for a washer or dryer and they were efficient machines. It would be helpful to have a laundry basket to aid in getting the laundry to and from. Again, this would absolutely not deter me from wanting to visit this property again. Everything was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to book again in the future!

Great Condo On St Augustine Beach
My husband, daughter and I spent the week at Spanish Trace. This is our 5th year at this complex, first in this condo. The condo has been nicely undated and has all the amenities we could want.
