Welcome to this charming historic home nestled on a quiet residential street in the heart of Historic Downtown St. Augustine! This 1894 Victorian home once was a bed & breakfast, which makes the layout perfect for multiple families & friends traveling together. Each king bedroom has their own ensuite bathroom as well as their own balcony space. Within walking distance to many amazing restaurants, cafes, shops, The Fountain of Youth, the Fort and so much more. Also a 10 minute drive to the beach.

Upon arrival, you'll discover a spacious private parking area at the rear of the house, offering convenient access. Feel free to enter through the backdoor, leading you into the kitchen, or take a scenic stroll through the charming courtyard to reach the front door. In the courtyard, discover a picturesque garden retreat that entices you to dine al fresco.

As you step inside through the front entry, you'll be welcomed into the main living area, adorned with generous seating and a TV for your entertainment. The staircase to the second level is easily accessible, and tucked under the stairs, you'll find a charming powder room.

Continuing beyond the entrance, you'll encounter the dining area, which opens up to the courtyard, and the fully-equipped but compact galley kitchen. Upstairs, a loft area provides a secondary living space with a TV and a pull-out couch, and an exterior door grants access to the backyard, completing the layout of this inviting retreat.

Additionally, street parking is available in the front for added convenience.
