"Perfect stay for my recent graduation at MSU! Location, comfort, and communication with the owner made our stay even more than we expected. While the neighborhood is a quiet older community, this home shines above! The decor and attention to detail fulfilled any needs that guests may have, making our travels and stay even more enjoyable. "The house is very clean and comfortable. The host was easy to contact & the “check in” was very easy. We were given great tips on places to fish near nearby & so we went fishing @ Fellows lake, which was great because it’s assessable for handicap & senior citizens."

"Check in was super easy and owner was communicative and friendly. Listing was accurate and amenities were plentiful. Backyard was super private and nice and there were accommodations for pets (we just needed a place to sleep, so we didn’t use any of these but it was nice that it was offered.) One tiny thing was that the couch seemed to be in rough shape, but we weren’t staying long so it didn’t affect our enjoyment much. Overall would recommend! "

"My daughter was receiving her White Coat from Missouri State University. We (her parents), her 92 year old grandfather, her brother, sister in law and two nieces stayed at the house. It was so nice to all be together instead of separate hotel rooms. We will definitely rent here again. JL"

"The gaming theme of this property was so much fun. My kids (7 and 4) absolutely loved it. All the details were great. One of the pictures of the bedrooms only shows a full bed but when we got to the property we discovered they had built a bunk bed above that bed which ended up being perfect for my kids. The property owner was very quick to respond to messages which I appreciate. I would say the only negative was the size of the shower. It is VERY tiny. Luckily myself and my family are not tall...

"My wife and I travel to Springfield, MO regularly for Shopping & Entertainment. Periodically, we do stay overnight for a long weekend. Our choice to change up our normal Hilton stay proved to be a very good one. This property was very clean and well maintained in one of Springfield's established neighborhoods. Also, communication with the owners was great. We would recommend this property to others. "

"My wife and I enjoyed our two week stay here! It was just what we needed. The Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any accommodations we needed. Addressing the previous review: - Sure there was a chip in the linoleum flooring in one spot but the rest of the house was newly remodeled. - The neighborhood is a bit run down but my wife and I walked it every day for two weeks to Evangel University for a conference and felt safe."

"Everything was wonderful! The house is cute and cozy. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us in the dining and living room, the reclining couch was huge hit. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was great that they each had their own tv for when we wanted some down time. Plenty of towels and other necessities. Grocery very close along with everything else we wanted to do. Check in and check out were a breeze! No long list of chores before you leave, which I appreciated! "

"The cottage was great. We had some issues with finding it initially with our gps. It was dark and kept bringing us on the street behind the cottage and we couldn’t see it. My main problem was that I arrived quite sick and the main floor couch bed wasn’t comfortable. It would have been ok.if I wouldn’t have been so sick and 74 years old!!🙄"

"The home was comfortable and easy to get around in. Everything run by the smart home was a little different because none of us have a fully run smart home. I would ask for more bath towels and hand towels, a blanket instead of just the quilt, and some kitchen towels (there were none). It was a nice touch to have spices, oils, and coffee. The neighborhood was quiet."

"Older property, but it has been renovated. The bathroom floors and walls are old-style, but the fixtures were all new. Bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. "
