「My contracting team stayed twice here once in April and another in May, I booked it for them again because they were fond it it with the space and cleanliness. No complaints, and the feedback from my team this time was that the stereo was replaced and new from the last time they were there and the roof to the tiki bar was replaced so they were happy to see some upgrades. The hosts were gracious with what they called a hybrid late checkout because my guys had to do a nightshift for the store...

「We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us.」

Our first impression was of a lovely outdoor patio with comfortable seating, an outdoor table for meals, a space heater and an outdoor grill. We utilized the space often during our stay. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very functional. The beds were comfortable with good linens. There were multiple items in the kitchen to get us started cooking a meal or two during our stay. We were less than 15 minutes from the trolley...

「This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.」

「We had a great stay at the house! We loved the proximity to the zoo and Coronado Island. The neighborhood was overall very quiet. Our 2 year old loved the yard and we loved that it was fenced in so he was safe to run around. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we were all shocked with the care and the extras (like the tv and surround sound) that were put into the house.」

「This home is “stunning” & is located in a secluded area yet, easy to get to popular sights. We booked it for 1 week during the Christmas/New Year holidays. Unfortunately, we only were there for 3 days instead of 7 due to airline problems. We appreciated the welcome guide Lily provided prior to our arrival. While the cost was higher than other VRBO homes we found, it had amenities we were looking for such as, a private pool, hot tub & an entertainment room with a large screen TV that we knew...

Host was great - very easy to communicate with and quick to offer any help if needed. Plenty of linens, toiletries, beds, and space to spread out, as well as games,hot tub, and pool and outside toys to play with while there. Kitchen was well equipped...

Our family had gathered for a memorial service for our gramma and this place was ideal for our large family, who gathered from various states across the nation, to come together for this important event. We were able to include local family members and there was plenty for everyone to do... swimming, air hockey, pool, etc. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, the towels thick and fluffy, and plenty of place to sit,...

「The Villa is a beautiful property with touches of Spain throughout the home. Our grandkids loved that we could walk to see the sea lions and it was a short drive to from the home to Legoland. The ping pong table was a big hit with my adult boys. Property is well-maintained and all of the amenities were as advertised. Only suggestion from my crew was the addition of fans for stuffy weather days and nights. We all think this property is a gem in La Jolla and highly recommend it.」
