"This was a decent, basic hotel stay. We only stayed for one night, and that made it a good stay based on value. All of the staff were great, accommodating, and friendly. The room was decent, but might have been considered small for some (we stayed in a king bed room). It worked for our needs. We could hear a good deal from the hallway, the heater was noisier than we're used to, and the bed was just ok. Otherwise, the breakfast was decent, the hotel was clean, and we enjoyed our stay."

"Overall it was a good experience but I would like to say that the breakfast is just limited to the same items everyday ! Not much of healthy food on the menu! The pool gets pretty crowded with overweight people and kids which makes the swimming experience bit dangerous "

"I think the valet parking was a bit pricy and there was no choice. I would have perferred to have parked myself and saved the $45 a day. Also I requested a bottle of champange and I thought this was a bit pricy also. No robes, no toiletries in the bathroom and tub was super tiny. The pool was nice, but the changing rooms had a weird smell to it, almost like something had died in there. The room was very clean and roomy and the beds were super comfortable. "Excellent place to stay.. extremely clean and staff are extremely attentive and helpful. I must recognize Chelsea who went up and above to assist us. I highly recommend Mill Street Inn. We will definitely be returning to stay here on our next visit to Newport! Five stars all the way.. "

"Lovely hotel and gorgeous room for breakfast. Paid for harbor facing room but the condos across the way kept on the 1st floor garage lighting all night so had to close the blinds . "
