"Room next to reception, whilst generally clean and comfortable, cobwebs in bathroom and the lack of windows due to being blocked from the outside meant it was a bit stuffy as could not get fresh air or see out."

"Stunning location, right on the water. Walkable to small grocery, shops and restaurants. They have done minor upgrades throughout. We were very comfortable, check in was easy and everyone was friendly. Has a small kitchenette for light cooking and an outdoor BBQ available to use. You could see signs of the entire town upgrading and improving roads, etc. to grow their tourism. Would stay again!"

"Overall great for an “3 star” rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Car park could do with some resurfacing. Close to high street shops, restaurants and Belmont Hotel- All within walking distance. Close to the riverside walking track of the Barwon River. "

"The unit is very spacious and has two bathrooms. However the washing machine in the unit has rusty spots and does not work. The manager attempted to fixed the problem but was not able to do so during our stay. He did offer to wash our clothes which is appreciated. "
