"We found two roaches in our room a spider web up on the corner with dead flies in the webbing I knocked it down I killed the two roaches and the floor was dirty even though they came in and gave us new towels and fixed our bed but the floor needed vacuumed"

"Arrival was a little Rocky as we said we would arrive in the evening. So we picked up our keys from a coded box. We went to our room and it was a little confusing as there was so many entry doors and ALL locked. Felt like Alice in Wonderland! Then had said we would stay thru a date and it was miss understood as our check out date. Fixed via a phone call, but it was a Rocky Finish. Office was closed at check out time, so had NO Human contact at ALL. “WILL NOT BE DOING IT AGAIN!”"
