I would recommend the property owner remove the dated shag carpet and put in some type of hardwood floors. Also, the couch and matching chair in the living room area is dated and appeared soiled. The bed was not a queen as advertised. It was a full. So sleeping with my husband was difficult. The Kleenex and toilet paper was rough. Sorta cheap. ...
