"My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights here, and didnt want to leave! From the high ceilings to the exposed brick on the walls it was easy to fall in love with this place! It was private and perfect. "As you walk in, you don't know what to expect since the building used to be the old water department. However, the room was cute, clean and suited the purpose. The amount of stairs we had to climb was unexpected as my spouse will be getting knee surgery soon. Otherwise great job with the renovated the building. "

"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"We arrived and the place was clean and decorated nicely. Very charming. We could hear the people in the next apartment so sound was somewhat of an issue. It was a bit chilly in the kitchen due to no mini split being only in the bedrooms. Kitchen was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"Where do I begin? The owner and his wife were super pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. The property was breathtaking and serene. The actual rest space was lovely. Nice comfortable king sized bed, with a huge bathroom. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants the peace to wake up to a little bit of heaven on earth. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"The rental is cozy and comfortable. The apartment was pristine. There is a steep staircase to the apartment which could be troublesome for anyone with mobility issues. You do hear quite a bit of noise from the downstairs bar. It wasn't much of an issue on Friday night and the bar closes relatively early so we weren't bothered by it on Friday night.
