「Just stayed for the night with a flight out the next morning but the place was clean and updated. Would definitely stay again. The pool area was huge and having the tiki bar right on the property was a plus. 」

「The owners communicated very well, welcomed us with chocolate, gave us fabulous advice for everything we asked about! The pool was heated and the hot tub was warmer. They had bikes with helmets to use to ride to the Naples Beach which is gorgeous! We would definitely recommend this to anyone with two people. We would stay again!」

「Great space, everything just as listed and photos are totally accurate. The location cannot be beat. We walked to Main Street every night for dinner. Very safe area. The unit is clean, well stocked, the water pressure is amazing, and the bed is comfortable. Stephanie was readily available if we needed her, but was not invasive at all. We would stay again for sure.」

「Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay on lido key. Our host, Laveda was always responsive to our needs and our guest cottage was perfect for easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend this listing!」

「My husband and I rented this house and were inspired by its close proximity to downtown Sarasota. The house was a haven of cleanliness and comfort, equipped with everything we needed, including beach furniture that enhanced our experience. We look forward to returning to this special place again.」

「Great property with a super accommodating and responsive host. Beach friendly setup in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to supermarket and a little longer one to a variety of great restaurants and bars. Plenty of room for two couples and multiple kids (bunk bed room).」

「The property was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. The couch was really four hassocks and was very hard and uncomfortable. Some of the other furniture was not as pictured and the bathroom was very small. There were stairs to the place that could use some work and steps up to the bathroomand bedroom. We would not stay in that neighborhood again and I don’t know why a gym was listed. We did communicate since we arrived late each evening. 」

「I can't imagine a better location. I walked to restaurants, the farmers market, church etc., and enjoyed my quiet backyard patio. The apartment was sparkling clean and well appointed. Plenty of street parking out front. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Highly recommend this property. Our unit was very updated and had a full kitchen with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was great and heated and the beach access was within a few steps. The location was quaint but easily accessible and lots of dining options near by. Would stay here again. 」
