"Great property for relaxing. A variety of pools and we enjoyed outdoor restaurant. Condo was spacious and well appointed. We would consider taking our grandchildren and their families as there was a playground, pools of varying depths, splash pad, waterfalls, lazy river, sand volleyball, ping pong, corn hoe, etc. Easy access to laundry facilities. Beautiful landscaping!! "

"Wonderful to just walk out the door and onto the beach! Everything was nice: well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer etc. Some construction still going on, but this is the case for most places in Fort Myers Beach and it never bothered us. Great place to stay."

"So dificult to find the room rented. Needs to be more specific with the number to look in front of the building in order to make it easier. "

"Overall it is a nice property. It is near the airport so be prepared for planes flying over frequently. We had a nice meal at the Tarpon TIki grill and enjoyed the entertainment. Pool was warm and clean. The only issue we had was little to no water pressure. The water actually stopped flowing twice during my shower. If you can live with that inconvenience than this is a good choice for you."

"Connecting with the host was good. My husband fell over one of the parking blocks and scabbed up his knees pretty good. I had to use lines to clean him up. The host provided extra linens for this case.Room was clean, beautiful shower, big refrigerator and utensils provided. This is in no way against the owners but this unit is on the 2nd floor. There is not an elevator. Because it is on the street side we listened to traffic all night long. This may not bother everyone but notable.Overall...

"Nicely updated room and updated bathroom. The accommodations worked out well for our 6 might stay. The property manager communication was amazing, a 10. Only negative was the traffic noise and noise from other rooms at times, but we travel with a sound machine so that made a big difference. Food at the tiki bar was great! "

"You cannot beat the location. It was fantastic. We didn't realize that the hotel was actually incorporated right into the pier. My only complaint was it was noisy at night, but that may have just been our suite as it was close to the stairs and the elevator. it seemed that there were many deliveries during the night highly recommend the location other than that "

"Very nice, friendly hotel. Easy to walk everywhere other than crossing the busy street, but still not bad. 5 minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants on 5th- easy to walk the Old Naples neighborhood and a walk to see the sunset at the beach. Rooms are a bit dated in terms of style, but everything was in great condition and very clean. Pool was very nice and lunch at the pool was excellent."

"From checkout to bartender absolutely exceptional service and wonderful experience! Stayed one night and I had to book an extra two more nights because I didn’t want to leave. Cramming into the elevator with other guests holding their cocktail drinks made it feel like an episode of White Lotus. Will definitely comeback soon. "

Great value!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I was honestly a bit skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews before our trip. We could not relate to one of them. We were greeted and helped graciously from all the staff, bartender, host at check in, beach staff, all wonderful. The rooms were clean, average in decor but comfortable. The beds were cozy. Every room has a beach view with balcony. Didn’t see one bug. AC worked and dehumidifier in the room is helpful in the humid Florida environment. The prices for food and drink were more than reasonable and really good! Lani Kai was wiped out just over 2 years ago from hurricane Ian. It was comforting to see this family owned business be able to rebuild and get back on their feet. It is not at 100 capacity yet, as they are still renovating the roof top restaurant/bar and not all the rooms are complete but they are working hard to accommodate. We would definitely return. "
