The place might appear small at first glance but it is designed in such a way that makes such good use of space. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with, great communication and so knowledgeable. She wants to ensure you and your guests are well taken care of. I would definitely come back! "

"Perfect location in the heart of Ouray! Loft was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Check in and out was super easy, property manager was responsive to all questions. Only draw back was the strong sewer smell in the loft...couldn't figure out where it was coming from and not much we could do about it. We cooked and lit candles to cover it up but that's the only real complaint we had. Great place and great town!"

"Great place for families, clean and well kept, furniture is all in good shape & the essentials for cooking. Location is great, can walk 10 mins downhill to the ski lifts or take the free bus - the condo is between two stops and both are less than 50 yards from the door, only a 2 minute ride to the lifts and about 5 minutes back to the condo. The bus runs every 15 or 30 minutes (peak vs. non-peak times) making it easy to get to & from the lifts. We lucked out and had a few inches of snow each...
