「This was a great establishment, with great customer service and easy access to surrounding restaurants and attractions. The hotel was very clean and updated. 「口コミが良かったので、料金は通常の2倍となっていたが、ツーソンで少しでも素敵なホテルに宿泊しようと予約したが、先ず、ロビーのカウンターも洗面台の高さも非常に高くて、身長が150センチ以上ないと、洗顔もし難いし、鏡もしっかり見えない状態だった！また、施設を掃除しているスタッフの人達はフレンドリーだったが、ロビーのスタッフは上から目線で最初から期待を裏切られたような気分になった！朝食も口コミから期待していたが、バッフェの種類が少なかったし、ベーコンは焼き過ぎで固くなっており、油をしっかり切ってないので、油まみれで、これでも高級レストランの朝食かと情けなくなった。ただ、ただ、残念！」

「I just want to say this was the Most Incredible resort Ive ever stayed at . The staff and level of guest care was out of this world!!! The atmosphere and hospitality plus extra details to every single element to resort was one of a kind . The staff even opened up the store after it was closed so I could get a few snacks for my room. The food at the restaurants on premise were so good and all fresh ingredients along with best quality steakhouse Ive experienced. I will always recommend to stay...

「Beautiful place with fun activities like evening tequila toast. Close to hiking trails. Super friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was that during our stay the hotel came into our room on more than 3 occasions to do maintenance. Happy they are doing maintenance but wish it could be done between bookings so they are not disturbing customers during naps etc. Overall thought it was a great hotel.」

「I was in town for a week, the casita was perfect…comfortable, clean, well appointed. Melanie was wonderful to communicate with, very responsive, provided local hot spot information as well as information for the Marriott Resort. Would recommend and stay there again if I’m in that area again.」

「Place was good however the wifi name on the tv and flier was wrong I was able to figure it out when I reached out by text I didn’t a response and the air vent would go off randomly making a very loud noise especially at night. The area was nice and quiet no complaints on that. 」
