"Friendly staff at check in and departure and willing to help with any request/anything. Our room was lovely with 2 queen size beds and a little table and chairs. Had a bit of mountain view thru the trees. Beds were comfortable. Ample room to park (you do have to pay for parking!). Quite sound proof rooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Canmore. Restaurant on the side with excellent food. Walking distance to downtown so no need to worry where to park. All in all we had a...

"Bed was very, very comfortable, similar to sleeps I've had at more luxurious hotels, top notch. Room was quiet and had a kitchen so would be great for a longer stay. I was surprised by the presence of a bidet attachment on the toilet. Too much in a very small bathroom. All linens were nice and clean, front desk checkin very courteous. Handy location close to Red Arrow station and downtown business, great restaurant next door, elevated Mexican at Fonda Fora. Definitely would stay there again. "

Amazing service

"The staff at the front desk was absolutely incredible. I stayed there for 4 nights on business with a group of co-workers. When I arrived, I noticed some kind of error was made in my personnal booking (probably on my end) and I ended up with a 2-story suite way too big and for my needs and budget. The hotel was solidly booked, no changes were possible. The staff took the time to explain the situation to the manager and they ended up reducing the price by a lot. They absolutely weren't obligated to do that, I was stuck and needed the room. I was amazed by the humanity and helpfullness shown by the 2 young girls at the front desk. "

"The location was great and the property was excellent, we got the room with 3 beds and sofa bed, it has kitchen and we used the bbq grill, we did try the wood fire place and did smores, we used the free bus too, we didn’t have time to use the outside pool, we will be back for sure."
