"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. "My experience at B&B São José dos Campos was not good at all. They gave us room P-006 which is 1 st floor in an open area to the lobby. Every time the door downstairs opened, you could hear inside the room. People talking, staff talking and phone ringing was literally so disturbing that we requested to move rooms. The staff hesitated and not even apologized for what was happening. Never again. "
