"Property owner is very responsive to requests. I suggested new pans and a month later when we visited again, there were brand new pans! Amazing view of the lake from the large kitchen window!"

"A very nice alternative to the local hotels, especially if you like a little extra space and separate bedrooms for family members or friends. One suggestion: it was a little difficult to see the house number at night."

"This loft layout was ideal for my daughter celebrating her 17th birthday. Nice open floor plan and enough seating for her 11 guests. Didn’t get to use the deck because of the rain. "

"It was a great location for us as we have relatives in the area. It was quiet, clean, and easy to find. We liked how close it was to Rochester Center and the restaurants. There was grocery shops nearby also. Barb was a lovely host!"

"Very clean and beautiful. Host was very responsive. We had people above us that came in about 1am and woke around 5am. We could hear everything. When we were leaving, at checkout 11am there were 3 vehicles all trying to get in blocking our way out in the alley.I didn't understand that, as we couldn't check in until 4pm"

"Stayed with two of our adult children to watch the UM-MSU game. This is the second time we have rented this house in Dexter. We used to own a condo in downtown Ann Arbor, so we were initially concerned about how much different it is in Dexter and downtown Ann Arbor. But we love Dexter. We went to the coffee shop twice, the bakery, and the pub (twice as well). We obviously came back, so it was enjoyable."

"We were in town for a wedding. We needed a big space to accommodate doing wedding prep work. It worked for that purpose. The kitchen was VERY slim and the utensils were lacking as the few that were available were broken. The ice maker was broken in the fridge. Spices were very lacking as well. All of the mattresses must be 30 years old. And were stained with a few having mattress covers. Owner said we broke a door but we did not. So be careful and get the insurance if you choose to stay...

"Me and my 3 gf’s had a wonderful time. The weather was great and the deck right next to the water is awesome!! There were some things that were broken in the house that were like that when we arrived. It didn’t affect our stay unless we wanted to hide the oven. The lack of an outlet by the sink in the bathroom was a problem. We had to do your hair in one of the bedrooms. The decorations are cute but some repairss are needed. It was one of the more reasonable priced ones though."

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very cozy and I loved the decor. The only thing I would say is that the tub/shower should be recaulked but other than that I would stay here again when I come back."

Great transport connections (Q Line 6 min walk away, People Mover next door, Rosa Parks Transit Center across the street, and DAX bus to the airport across the street).
