"Home has updated bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Beds were comfortable enough as we only slept here at night and visited our family daily. We would stay here again because this was a better option than getting multiple hotel rooms for 2 adult children, my husband and I."

"Great property and great host ! It was super clean ! The backyard is huge for non fires ! Kitchen had all type of items you could use including air fryer and all! Host very attentive and responds on the spot ! Gotta love that! And she also can help. You with anything extra you need ! You can put the flat separately or book the whole price ! I felt safe there as well and the locks are automatic. I jsut loved this place all around and will be book again soon ! Thanks again ! 💙"

"Super happy with the accommodations. It was well appointed and had driveway parking for 2 cars. We were a party of 6 and had lots of room. Sitting areas (yes there are 2) were great with an extra TV on the main floor and also the bedrooms. We were only there for one night but would stay again for longer if we were back in town. This is not located downtown, but a $21 uber/lyft got us to Ford Field in about 8 min with lots of traffic. Our host Mikoya was wonderful and communication was timely...

"Beautifully maintained property located in the heart of Ann Arbor and well within walking distance of U of M major stadiums. Ample parking albeit single-lane driveway; comfortable sleeping quarters in all bedroom — each complete with TV’s. Nestled among student housing, we experienced no disruption/loud noises after hours. Excellent mgmt communication avenues and reasonably priced. Will definitely book again when in Ann Arbor."

"This was a great overflow place for us for Thanksgiving. The house was clean and nicely decorated. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the popcorn machine and hockey game. This is our second stay and would love to come back!"
