"Fine stay. But I got an email saying I'd be emailed access codes....and never got one. So I was standing outside the locked building on the phone with customer service at night. Definitely impacted feeling of security. Someone knocked on my door before checkout time, even though I entered my checkout time as requested. And there's no peephole. "
