"Everything was fine, except the “All Inclusive” breakfast was not clear. The paper issued at the lobby stated that the dining options start at 11:00 to 23:00. So, the first 2 days we had to wait to eat, then an associate confirmed. After a brief conversation with another associate he confirmed that we did have the option to have breakfast but the beverages consumption start at 11. Anyway, the experience was good and the whole family was happy. "

"The villa was amazing - huge 3 bedroom with a private pool. Service was equally good. Breakfast also great. However the pools were freezing cold and it kind of ruined our experience as the kids would jump in, almost freeze and be done with the pool in 2 minute. I noticed the other guests dreading going in. "The hotel is located on a very busy road but it is very quiet and peaceful inside. the room was large and quiet. I did get the airport pickup - note there is a hotel transport desk after baggage claim at B Door exit for Gate 5 where the hotels can be contacted. Note -the hotel runs on an hourly schedule or as requested. The breakfast was abundant of hot and cold Asian and European about $15. I used the outdoor pool which was enjoyable. there is an extensive gym as well. The concierge was helpful in directing me to get passport photos for Laos just a few minutes down the road. Note- you can pay $1 at Laos airport and they take a screenshot of your passport photo. Only one photo is necessary. Also note flights to Laos are at another airport."
