"Place is new every thing is nice i would rate the hotel 9/10 The breakfast area the stuff were professional and good but food options was bad i would rate breakfast 5/10 "

"Everything was fine, except the “All Inclusive” breakfast was not clear. The paper issued at the lobby stated that the dining options start at 11:00 to 23:00. So, the first 2 days we had to wait to eat, then an associate confirmed. After a brief conversation with another associate he confirmed that we did have the option to have breakfast but the beverages consumption start at 11. Anyway, the experience was good and the whole family was happy. "

"The Mandarava Resort was impecable. Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of pools and bars and the service was second to none. The buffet breakfast was well worth it and the Charm Thai Restaurant was amazing. Room service was also delivered quickly and with a friendly smile. The complimentary shuttle to Karon Beach made it easy to get to the local shops, restaurants and have a dip in the ocean. "Stayed here for 3 nights in Jan. Quiet and nice place. Clean facilities with a nice view at the roof top pool. Highly recommend ! The manager/owner is quite friendly and comes out to talk to guest. Very impressionable. A quick walk down from the hotel are plenty of shops for food etc."

"The Holiday Inn is an excellent hotel close to the beach and Main Street in Patong. Great facilities, spacious rooms and easy free parking if you rent a car. Friendly helpful staff. Only let down was the breakfast - average food quality. They have a cooking station for eggs - the chef there is rather grumpy. Also, he cooks a big batch of fried eggs which he puts on a plate, which goes cold, rather than frying them on request. Wasn’t happy that I asked for hot fried eggs. Maybe next time we will...

"Great family hotel at a perfect location next to the beach walk and fisherman market. Great family hotel which is a must if you are traveling with small children to Koh Samui to at least stay 3-4 nights here. Great value for money and you get what you expect. The only comment we have is that the pool is not heated, but it seems like it is common in Koh Samui that no pools are heated at all. "
