"We stayed for a fortnight in this wonderful apartment in the lovely village of Gennadi. While the village may not suit those wanting to ‘do’ lots of things, it was perfect for us. If you had children I would recommend hiring a car, we didn’t and had no problem hopping on a bus a couple of times to see more of the island. "Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. Spa treatment was amazing, Dimitri was wonderful. Food was good, we didn't tire of the buffet and never needed to eat anywhere else. I would book directly next time as the only issues we had were with Expedia not the hotel. "

"Awful customer service, the manager (Christina) is so rude and so her colleagues. Very Poor food and hygiene standards. Hotel itself too far from the airport, old, the interior is cold and uninviting. The close by restaurants are expensive and food is not great, also service is not great. This village is not the holiday destination!"

"We stayed 10 days at the end of August, a family of 4 (2xadults, 1x17 yr and x1 13 yr). We were all inclusive in a River Passage 1 bedroom Private Pool Suite.
