"Staff friendly on check in, rooms clean and comfortable, eat early if you want bacon - they make a limited amount. Unfortuantely they are not very accomodating to groups. We had a room block, we were not all on the same floor, and they barely tolerate you sitting in the common areas to socialize - as soon as people get up / leave a seating area - they come behind you and put the chairs on top of the tables so you can't use them. "Location was great, very close to lots of dining and easy access to all the major highways. The room was clean, but in poor repair. The toilet was unstable due to missing bolts. And I had to take the top off the tank to make it stop running every time I flushed. The walls were quite thin, so I could hear conversations and dogs barking from other rooms. The staff was very nice, but my door key had to be reprogrammed multiple times. "

"I really liked the location. It was easy to get on and off the interstate where we needed to go, and there were lots of eating places around. I did not like the old air conditioners that turned on and off and are so loud otherwise it was a good stay. "

"Hotel has a unique vibe with the historical industrial theme. There are a lot of period looking pieces in the hotel ranging from the woodwork, steel, and decorative pieces most of which are probably reclaimed and repurposed. The staff were all friendly and helpful from the doorman to the front desk personnel to the housekeeping staff. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the hotel as well as in the neighboring complex. The food is really good and both restaurants had very good service and excellent food which they locally source as much as possible. I would stay here again."
