「エクスペディア経由で事前に支払いをしていたにもかかわらず、ホテル代を請求された。しかもチェックイン時とチェックアウト時の２回にわたり。その都度調べるのに時間を取られた。もう少しフロント係はシステムを把握しておいてほしい。」

「This motel should not be available via Hotels.com. 1) they did not have our reservation 2) the noise from pool area literally moved my bed during the night. 3) restaurant closed probably due to holes in roof. All for $88. Ripped off!!」
