"Hotel was nice, staff were very nice and great value for money for a cheap over night in Brighton. Location was great too, with beach across the rd and the pier almost opposite. My only issue was the shower had very, very weak water pressure dispite being on max and the temperature control was frozen so the water was about room temperature!
