"We had to find last minute accomodatiins and this fit the bill. When some unexpected plumbing issues arose, they responded quickly and the maintenance man stayed until it was completely addressed and we were satisfied. The issue was fixed so that it will not happen again. We would definatly stay again."

"Overall this was a very nice stay! The host is incredibly friendly and kind, and waking up to animals out back was really a treat. If you're booking in Colorado with the hopes of having a space to enjoy the local legal recreational smoke, then this might not be the place for you. The cottage is located in the host’s backyard, (which is decently sized) but they have young kids and the property is smoke free. "Wonderful little cottage. Perfect stay for my wife and I will attending a conference nearby. Extremely quiet and peaceful. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't thought of at this location; anything you needed was available and the interior design of the cottage is very impressive; despite its size, it felt very spacious. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend!"
