"The hotel feels and looks like a resort. The staff is friendly and the service is great. We booked rooms with dinner included but checked in after the restaurant was closed due to a flight delay. The lady still managed to get us hot food for dinner through room service which gave the long day we've had a nice ending. The hotel has two floors but no elevator, they do offer to have the luggage brought up to 2nd floor which is nice. (we didn't need it.) The hotel is on the route of the Yellow bus...

"Rooms clean and sufficient. The Free Bus Transfer is only between 9am-5pm. The Kiwi Airport 100m down the road has the 24hr bus available for airport. "

"Staff fantastic, warm, and friendly. Room was very nice and roomy. Clean and inviting. Shower was lovely and good water pressure. A little noise from the motor way but this was not hindering sleep. Beautiful breakfast on site. Close to grocery and other restaurants if you want other options from the Bistro, but this is lovely to. Recommend highly."

"So convenient. The place served our needs for a nearby airport hotel. The staff was very friendly, communicative and answered all my questions. Water cooler to refill your water bottle was nice. I’d go back. We had two beds; a twin and a larger one. I took the small one. "

"Clean and spacious rooms just steps away from the NZ international terminal (but very quiet). The buffet breakfast included was varied and well presented. Opt not to pay for the $60NZ early check in fee and ask to store you bags if you arrive before 12pm."

"The hotel was very clean and good value for money. Within a short distance to Auckland airport. The rooms were spacious and the bed lovely to sleep n. Tea, coffe facilities provided in the room along with fridge and microwave . Easy access to railway station to visit Auckland. "
