"Easy check in. Greated by a friendly face with a nice chat about the mural behind the counter. Room was nice especially because the bathroom had a fan for ventilation and antifog mirror which was very nice after showering!! Breakfast options included waffles. Overall recommend a stay here. "

"What a treat! This is a place you come back to and just enjoy the grounds. Rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful landscaping surrounding and a quick walk to the on-site restaurants, gardens, and museums. Free breakfast and no pet fees were a huge plus! Would recommend trying to stay in a room that is not on River Rd if street noise bothers you. The road is quite busy and you can hear vehicles driving by at all hours. "

"Check in was a disaster. Lost my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation email for 2 rooms. The front desk guy could care less about finding my reservation. He put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be looking for my reservation but apparently had to log in to one system after another and just kept saying, “1 second” over and over. In the end, I finally got my 2 rooms. Then the guest next to me starts blaring music at 1am and singing along to it…..but that’s a story for...
