My mother and I just finished a seven day stay in this charming hotel. I was extremely sad to leave, the hotel staff could not have been more kind and welcoming during our stay and helpful as we planned excursions inside and outside the city. A twin bed room that was perfect for a business trip. The bathroom was spacious! One of the best things about this hotel though is the location. We were able to take the tube, walk or an Uber to every single part of the city. In other words, being so centrally located allowed us to travel quickly and inexpensively!

Excellent customer service from concierge to cleaning lady. This hotel was well staffed. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean. While this hotel has aged, there is still a sense of grandeur. The price was very reasonable.

Good location for food, general store and Metro line. Light in bedroom not working for 3 nights. Though floor is mopped but still feel greasy. Hand soap broke into half easily. The staff speak English and are helpful which made it generally a safe condo apartment. There is a nice tim sim and chinese restaurant located on 3rd floor where the gym is situated. It is opened from 7am to 9.30pm. For the price we paid we cannot expect too much.

It's a great hotel if you are visiting for business. Good room size & efficient staff. The Chinese food is great.
