Perfect for casual family living or easy entertaining, the bright, airy, stylish spaces are multifunctional and fun. The open layout is both inviting and efficient. With island seating for four, a sitting room, dining room and coffee bar, this space offers many options for work, play and everything in between. No need to feel separated from the outside action as you can gather on the patio, by the firepit, and use the outdoor kitchen. There are two spacious bedrooms on opposite sides of the house offering occupants more privacy and space. The master bedroom has a large desk creating a designated workspace. The bathroom is spacious and accessible.

Located less than five minutes of Apple River tubing, kayaking, golfing, and the Cedar Lake Speedway. Somerset Amphitheater and New Richmond Heritage Center are cultural highlights. Be sure to check out the area's wildlife with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Great place to relax. Beautiful and quiet.The only thing I wished they had was laundry machines available for those that stay. We were on motorcycles, so loading our laundry and having to take it into town and back was more than I wanted to do.

Mom/daughter getaway.

Property is beautiful and the interior was very comfortable. Had a nice relaxing weekend. The outside patio would be wonderful in the summer. Unfortunately for us it was 35 degrees during our weekend. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Property

When we were looking for a property to stay at we were looking for a 2 bedroom listing that was autonomous (not attached to any structure or a shared property.)I made the reservation & sent an email asking for pictures of the front of the home since I did not see any in the photos.Brad, the son of the owners, responded and sent a bunch of pics of the backyard, which made me think that this was the basement of a walk-out ranch-style home. So I asked and Brad responded and informed me that indeed this is the lower floor of a ranch style home. It has its own entrance and patio. I was disappointed but there was not much I could do seeing that we had passed the cancellation date. Once we arrived there was parking clearly marked. The backyard is beautiful and well kept. The lower level has its own entrance and was easy to access. The bedrooms were very nice and the kitchen and living area was great. It fit our needs very well. A couple of things to know is that communication with the people living upstairs was delayed at first. It happens so that wasn’t concerning. One thing that did happen, this was after our second night, the residents had a project they were working on and started using a jackhammer at 8:30-9am. It continued for hours. No one informed us that there would be this kind of work taking place at any point. I get it, it’s summer and a great time to get work done. However a bit of a heads up would have been nice. Other than that we had a lovely time.
