The property was a little hard to find using GPS. Check in and breakfast were fine. However, there was no hot water, only lukewarm water. We turn off the AC/heating unit because it was too noisy and the air blew right on the bed.

Had to be in New Brunswick early the next day. I checked in late afternoon. The front desk was very nice. The hotel and room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection. Pool and gym are open late. The pool could have been cleaner. Can walk to supermarket and shops. Bed was clean and comfy.

Hotel is nice. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Hotel is clean and room was a good size with comfortable bed. However, our room was not cleaned at all: we arrived Friday night; the sign in the room indicated that room will be cleaned every other day. We asked for fresh towels on Saturday after dinner- it was not delivered. We asked again on Sunday night since room was not cleaned. We were told to come downstairs and pick towels if we want. But, shortly after one of the staff member did bring us fresh towel ( 👍). We left on Monday at 11am- our room was not cleaned since our arrival on Friday night- I don’t think it’s right (😞).

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms and facility were in great condition. Area was safe with shopping/restaurants within walking distance. The only negative was that no one seemed to be manning the registration desk when we arrived. Also didn’t answer the phone when we (and others) tried to call to get someone. She showed up after several minutes with no apology. That could be improved. Otherwise, staff was super friendly and helpful

The staff are above and beyond professional and helpful. I could not be happier with the experience at this hotel. They worked to quickly and efficiently resolve some check in issues we had during this visit, and I am very pleased with the resolution they were able to provide. A huge thank you to all the staff!
